I have been so pleasantly surprised with this project. I say pleasantly because I was apprehensive at first to work with someone I had no previous experience with. However I can wholeheartedly say that from start to finish, this project was such a success. Firstly, Reinis is so easy to work with, I felt he understood what I wanted, aligned to the overall objective, and it turned out much better than I visualised. Fully trusting him to execute the brief paid off! Secondly, the choice of cast, location, the extra details I hadn't thought of and product imagery shots were beautifully captured. The end result definitely has the wow factor. I also have plenty of edits to choose from as I requested different edits which were delivered with no problem. And finally, probably most importantly, I have seen a substantial uplift in sales on both Amazon and Facebook since using the video clips, and also have finally broken into the US market when I added the video to my listing and sponsored ad. There is a lot to like about Muse Films Videography and Photography. But the most I liked is the way they take care of the whole creative. They take the time to STUDY the project, SEE what is out there, write a first draft, and then CREATE. A really high quality all-in-one solution for product visual. It is not easy to find something this good in the market!
